Reliant Foundation recently announced it has hired Jennifer Malloy as its new Executive Assistant. Malloy brings more than two decades of experience in nonprofit administration, higher education, and event planning to Reliant Foundation.

Most recently, she served as the Development Operations and Events Manager in the Advancement Department at RFK Community Alliance in Lancaster, Massachusetts. In that role, she oversaw the fiscal operations, data reporting, and event planning for a $1.3 million fundraising department. Prior to that she coordinated academic conferences, faculty trainings, and first-year student support programs at various colleges and universities, including College of the Holy Cross and American University.

“Jennifer has a proven track record as a behind-the-scenes leader and is well-regarded for her project management, process improvement, and systems-oriented thinking,” said Kelsa Zereski, President of Reliant Foundation. “As a nonprofit with staff members who often carry a multitude of responsibilities, having someone like Jennifer on the team is incredibly valuable. We’re excited to have her join us and look forward to the impact she’s going to have on our organization.”

Jennifer holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Delaware. Originally from Delaware, she has lived in Central Massachusetts for the past 15 years with her husband and dogs. Outside of work, Jennifer sustains her personal wellness through practicing yoga, engaging with nature, and connecting through food. An avid home gardener and former farmer, she is almost always either planting, growing, cooking, preserving, or reading about food.

“Joining Reliant Foundation provides me with an opportunity to leverage my professional skills and my passions for nonprofit work,” said Malloy. “Having worked at RFK Community Alliance, I’ve seen firsthand the impact Reliant Foundation has on essential programs across the region, and I’m thrilled to be a part of the team now.”
