About the Reliant Foundation

Established in 1988, Reliant Foundation is a community health-focused independent public charity not affiliated with any health care facility or medical group. Our Mission is advancing community health priorities through strategic philanthropy and collaboration.

As a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, Reliant Foundation raises funds year-round to bring our mission to life through community grant making.  Community grants support non-profit organizations within our Central and MetroWest Massachusetts service area with programs that battle critical public health issues including substance use disorder, and children’s and adolescent mental health and behavioral health. Our charity partners provide life-saving Mental Health and Behavioral Health support, Grief Counseling, Suicide Prevention, Recovery Coaching and more to thousands of individuals in our community.
