Reliant Foundation to Host 20th Anniversary
“Drive for a Difference” Charity Auction & Golf Classic, May 20-21, 2018
(Both Events are Open to Public)
Now in its 20th year, the Reliant Foundation’s Drive for a Difference BIG Event Live Auction Gala and Golf Classic has raised more than $5 million to support critical public health issues such as the opioid epidemic, children’s mental health, and childhood obesity across the Central and Metro West regions of Massachusetts.
The evening, hosted this year at the brand new AC Hotel in downtown Worcester, features an exciting selection of super-silent auction items followed by the entertaining and engaging auctioneer Paul Zekos as he presents the live auction portion of the night. The proceeds of this event support charitable grants to 501(c)3 non-profit organizations with programs and projects aligned with the Foundation’s mission and focus.
The following day, 128 golfers will take to the course for the nearly sold-out Golf Classic at Pleasant Valley Country Club, a former tournament stop for the men’s and women’s professional golf tours.
