Kristine Bostek

Reliant Foundation, Board Chair

Kristine has served as a leader in healthcare, insurance, and community-focused organizations throughout greater Worcester for more than three decades. Her understanding of the critical health needs affecting our region, and the challenges faced by area nonprofits to address these needs, allows her to bring unique insight to her role as Chair of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees.

Her current position as Senior Vice President, PACE Programs, for Fallon Health includes leading the organization’s Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) and contributing as a member of the executive leadership team to set strategy for the organization and execute on its mission. Kristine previously held the position of President and CEO of YOU, Inc. (Youth Opportunities Upheld) of Worcester.

In addition to her role with Reliant Foundation, Kristine serves as Board Chair for Boys & Girls Club of Worcester, Board President for the MassPACE Association, and as a board member of the National PACE Association. She has previously volunteered with the United Way Women’s Initiative, and served on the board of Children’s Friend. In 2021, she was recognized by Worcester Business Journal with an Outstanding Women in Business Award. She holds a master’s degree in health administration from Clark University, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Saint Michael’s College.

A lifelong resident of West Boylston, Kristine resides there with her husband Scott. They have three grown sons, and are blessed with their first grandchild, Charlotte. Together they enjoy spending time at their second home on Cape Cod.
