Reliant Foundation’s trustees award grants with our mission in mind: to improve the health and well-being of individuals of all ages in the Central and MetroWest regions of Massachusetts.
Community grants are focused on current public health crises within the Central and MetroWest regions of the state. In 2022, we will accept applications from non-profit 501(c) 3 organizations in our service area with programs that target substance use (primarily the opioid epidemic) and/or mental and behavioral health services for children and youth.
Reliant Foundation typically accepts community grant proposals once per year on October 1st.
